Beverage Garden Volunteer Training on July 1st

The Ottumwa Ragbrai Beverage Garden committee will have a volunteer meeting on Wednesday  July 1st, 2009 at the Memorial Park Shelter off of Elm Street at 6:00 p.m.
We would encourage everyone who has signed up or anyone that would be interested in working in the Beverage Garden during Ragbrai to please attend this meeting.
The Beverage Garden is broken down into 7 sub-committees, which are as follows:
1.    Beer Servers
2.    Identification and Entry
3.    Maintenance
4.    Security
5.    Ticket Sales
6.    Clean Up..............Full.....Iowa Junior Board
7.    Product Inventory Control..........Full
Shift Hours are as follows:
Thursday July 23rd, 2009.....Bridge View Center
1st shift        3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
2nd Shift        5:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
3rd Shift        8: 45 p.m. to Mid Night
Please have an idea as to which committee you would like to serve and the hours you would be available to work prior to coming to the meeting. We plan for this meeting to be 1 hour in length.
